Jimmy steers the JBE ship, facilitating a culture where the team can thrive. With a background in farming and agricultural event management, he founded JBE to merge both passions. People – work and family – are central to his vision, while his love for ‘deadline adrenaline’ endures!

Emma has extensive experience in handling operations for major UK events. Always ensuring clients’ needs are met, she goes above and beyond to build strong, lasting relationships. She thrives on creative design, meticulous planning, and execution. Outside of work, Emma enjoys theatre, line dancing, and baking – much to our delight!

With experience in sales, marketing, operations, and logistics at the CLA GameFair, Haymarket and RASE, she thrives on the challenge of live events, and you’ll never catch her without a bag of sweets!

Driven by outstanding results, Victoria loves seeing clients’ faces when they see their stands for the first time, and is passionate about the sectors we work in, be it human health, or sustainable farming. A fully qualified yoga instructor – she stays zen when the pressure is on!

Emma (AKA P) is enthusiastic and detail-oriented, ensuring seamless delivery of JBE operations. With over 25 years’ experience in events and exhibitions, she excels in overcoming challenges with strong, no-nonsense leadership-style. Outside work, P enjoys family time and caravanning holidays.

Drew oversees the entire operational workflow at JBE, from event planning to execution and review. With 30 years of experience across the UK and Europe, he specialises in delivering high-quality events. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, classical music, and writing short stories for fun.

Caroline runs a tight ship, keeping us up to date with everything accounts related. Thriving on the dynamic nature of the job, she loves problem solving, and exceeding expectations. She’s married to a farmer in Warwickshire, with 1000 acres of arable and 200 head of beef cattle, so life is always busy!

James handles everything from interpreting initial drawings to delivering high-quality exhibition stands nationwide. He thrives on the dynamic nature of the job, problem-solving, continually learning, and exceeding client expectations. He also owns JNP Design & Print and enjoys mountain biking in his spare time.

Fuelled by tea and biscuits, he enjoys the variety of creative challenges in the events industry. While away from events, he’s passionate about surfing and traveling in his camper-van!

Dan ensures equipment is ready for client stands at shows and maintains an organised store. He loves traveling nationwide, particularly building outdoor stands in summer. Passionate about delivering top results, he thrives on client satisfaction. Outside work, he enjoys climbing, hiking, motorbiking, and staying active.
