The outcome
Complete management of three-day event hosting more than 7,250 delegates at the NEC, Birmingham, held across a 15,000-meter square space, showcasing $18 million worth of machinery, bringing together Challenger, Fendt, Massey Fergusson, Valtra, and Fella equipment.


The brief
To deliver the largest display of AGCO machinery and equipment ever brought together at the time, in the UK and Ireland at the NEC, Birmingham, with a programme of seminars, the ‘Discover AGCO Experience’, and an AGCO shop.
How we did it
We worked as AGCO’s key delivery partner on this unique event. Our role included everything from creative event design though to detailed operational delivery.
We handled all NEC venue management and liaison, and oversaw the layout design and technical floor plans, with creative feature design and build, full audio-visual production, and graphic production and installation.
A key aspect also included web-based registration, badging and visitor management, exhibitor management, and safety management and compliance.
