More room to create as we expand our bespoke stand capabilities

We’ve expanded our capabilities with a dedicated space that gives our production and creative teams greater flexibility to pre-build, test and refine bespoke stand elements ahead of an event.

Pre-build and testing are already an important part of how we work. This additional capacity means we can maintain that process during the busiest period of the event calendar, allowing our teams to work uninterrupted and make sure every detail is perfect before anything reaches the venue floor!

For one recent project, we were able to fully pre-build the structure, including an animal paw print projection that ran across the stand. We could then capture the progress on video and share it with the client directly. Giving them a clear view of the design developments taking shape before arriving at the event. It’s this ability to build, test and refine away from the show floor that adds real value to our process.

“Having the space to pre-build and test these ideas means we can really go the extra mile for our clients,” says Emma Norris. “We’re not limited by what we can test on site. We can experiment, make changes and show clients exactly what we’re creating for them. It gives our creative team much more freedom and means we can be even more ambitious with bespoke elements.”

It’s another enhancement to an established way of working, helping us deliver a smoother build and greater confidence for our clients.
